Socially-aware hackers in the Los Angeles area -- and beyond! The Foundation For an Innovative Future invites you to participate in the online Collaboration Tree Hackathon. Held each Tuesday and Saturday, the goal of the hackathon is to develop the Collaboration Tree -- a web platform for community think tanks, initially targeting nonprofits and neighborhood organizations.

MiddHacks will be Middlebury College’s very first annual hackathon hosted by the recently reestablished Student Government Association Technology Committee. The 24-hour event aimed at supporting Middlebury College students and students attending nearby Vermont colleges will take place between April 25-26, 2020. Participants will work in teams of 3-5 to design and innovate amazing projects. The hackathon will have the help of excellent mentors from our distinguished sponsors and Middlebury College professors. There will be exciting workshops and tech talks to attend. Once you have completed the registration form, you are accepted to the hackathon and can continue being excited for our event!!! The National Security Innovation Network (NSIN) invites you to participate in "Seeing Into the Unknown – A Dense Urban Hackathon”. At this event, teams will compete to develop an innovative solution for sensing, mapping, and understanding interior spaces, both above and below ground. The goal is to create tools that allow first responders and military operators to understand, at a moment’s notice, what is going on inside buildings and subterranean spaces in dense urban environments. Project teams will compete to win one of three contracts to collaborate with NSIN to further develop their prototype. Winning projects will be selected based on their ability to: Detect Physical Characteristics, Detect Activity, Deliver Data, and Display Information.
