Alko & Responsibility - From the customer point of view it’s important to concretise full range of responsibilities of provided products, help customers to make responsible decisions and raising the bar of customer experience while underlining responsibility. How could Alko utilise AI when developing the customer facing responsibility?

Alkos social goal is to reduce the harms caused by alcohol. This means that Alko does not approach this responsibility through separate projects as it’s the foundation for all activities. Alko executes it’s responsible role by making sure that they are responsible when selling and buying products, operating so that their actions support sustainable development of environment and taking care of employees know-how and wellbeing. Alko wants to serve its customers by providing a customer experience that is prime and responsible.

Prize: Winning team receives gift cards worth of 60 - 80 euros for all team members

Time Table: 12.00 we start with lunch, Hackathon work kicks off at 13.00 untill to 17.00. After this we move to Pitching and finally announcing the winners!
