Description

BrumHack is a 24 hour student hackathon in Birmingham, running as a hack in the Major League Hacking UK Fall season. This will be BrumHack 3.0!

Attendees will have 24 hours (from 12:00 Saturday) to build something awesome, either in hardware or software. Hacks can optionally use sponsor APIs and platforms, and at the end of the 24 hour window people will have time to show either their hack, if it’s ready and working, or otherwise to talk a little about their ideas or what technology they used, what worked and what they had trouble with.

Hacks can be made alone or in teams of any size, but teams bigger than 4 people won't qualify for prizes. Teams can be decided at any point before submission and we’ll be having a session for matching up teams before we start, so if you’re unsure of who to work with, don’t be deterred.

The event is free for attendees & we’ll have food and refreshments paid for by sponsors (first round announced shortly), as well as prizes for various categories of hacks.
