Creative Coding Amsterdam 1111 - Hack the Room

Welcome to the creative coding community in Amsterdam!

This event is a collaboration between Creative Coding Amsterdam and binaryfutures. It is open to everyone, regardless of experience.

HACKATHON 10:00 – 18:00 (ticket needed)
binaryfutures is a research group with a strong view on spatial design. They developed a prototyping kit for connecting objects and spaces to a local network via websockets. During the Hackathon we are going to explore the limits of the platform and build some awesome stuff in the space. Based on the HTML5 websocket standard it’s possible to interact with the boards from almost any programming language (javascript, openframeworks, cocoa…). Some basic programming experience is useful for participating in the hackathon!
Tickets are 15 euro and include the workshop, materials, use of the space, and food & drinks during the day (lunch, dinner and snacks). 
Places for this hackathon are limited!

MEETUP 19:00 – 23:00 (free event, no ticket needed)
Free and open to everyone, as long as we all still fit in the building ;) The results of the hackathon will be presented during the meetup!
