Data Festival London
DataFestival.London is an event for all data enthusiasts. From business people trying to change their company culture to be more democratized, self-organized and driven by data to data analysts, data hackers and data scientists. During our events, we bring together novices in the data world to the most senior data hackers and professors.
Day 1: Lessons Learned - the good, the bad and the ugly of your data transformation journey
It seems to be the fashion nowadays - data transformation of some kind. To quote a recent HBR article, “There’s something different about technological change that causes senior executives in large, established firms to act differently than they might otherwise”. At this full-day data festival, you will hear from business leaders and data leaders in businesses that have the battle scars, and the medals, of data transformation in the real world. You should expect to go away with a good understanding of the stumbling blocks, and some simple steps to take to avoid them.
The first day of the Data Festival.London is dedicated to those people inside companies that have to decide on the data strategy, the technologies to choose and the best way to manage teams of data analysts and data scientists.
