What is the refund policy?

We love you but there are no refunds. You can transfer to a friend or colleague or save, it if you must, for the following year. No exceptions!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

We love people of all ages. That said only those 21 years or older may consume our alcoholic beverages.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It would be nice but we understand sometimes things get lost! Bring your id just in case.
