Description

We are not the media consumers we once were. Not only do we listen to, read, and watch content in ways that we never have before, but we demand more from it. We want to experience it, we want to interact with it. We want to participate—on our own terms and on our own time. Commercial brands and content publishers have taken notice, and have begun building new ways of connecting with us.

From AR/VR to OTT to podcasting, content creators now reach their audiences across a number of devices and platforms. And for the first time, they have access to detailed, targeted data to see how engaged we really are. Our evolving demands, coupled with creators’ unprecedented use of emerging technologies, are changing the very nature of media production, distribution, and consumption.

Join us as we Hack the Future of Media and discover how technology can further reshape the way audiences experience the stories and sounds they love. Spend the weekend with fellow innovators at Globant’s Hack the Now & Next Hackathon: Future of Media Edition. We’ll have Globant technologists on hand to help guide you along the way. Team up with a few friends—or meet new ones—to build something cool!
