Wait… what?! Hackathon? Aren’t hackathons for programmers? I’m an HR professional.

Join Talmundo, other HR professionals like you and our team of designers, project managers and programmers in Amsterdam for People Hackfest 2016!

Day 1

• Introduction and discussion of proposed HR challenges

• Participants vote for an HR challenge to solve

• Let the hacking begin! Participants break out into “teams” with support from designers and programmers to create an app solution for the selected HR challenge

• At the end of the day each team pitches their app solution to the whole group

• Participants vote for the best app solution and it’s reviewed by our expert jury

• Now Talmundo does its magic… our team of designers and developers will spend the rest of the evening and into the wee hours of the night turning the winning idea into a functioning prototype.

Day 2

• Best practice HR case presentation from one of our VIP clients!

• Reveal the winning team’s idea and present the prototype in action!
