The Problem
With the rise of e-commerce and changing consumer habits, it’s no secret that brick-and-mortar retail is a high-stakes business. And, although it seems as if e-commerce has taken over; Canadian and US consumers do approximately 91% of their total shopping in physical stores. Technology transformation can allow brands to evolve, bringing forth more and more retail focused start-ups who taking the challenge to help retailers bridge the gap between digital and physical commerce through features including shelf-stocking robots, augmented reality displays, and opportunities in AI to deliver personalized, customized and localized experiences to delight customers.
2018 is the year of Technology Transformation. This is where RE:ENGINEERING RETAIL comes in.
