Techfugees is a social enterprise coordinating the international tech community’s response to the needs of Refugees.

Techfugees exists to empower the displaced with technology.

Techfugees organises conferences, workshops, hackathons and meetups around the world in an effort to generate tech solutions for and with refugees.

We hosted our first ever hackathon in Adelaide in 2017 and after a review and recoup of energy, we're hosting our second meetup on Monday, December 9th at Torrens University, Wakefield Campus, Adelaide CBD.

At the meetup you will:

- find out more about Techfugees

- hear from past participants of the Techfugees Hackathon

- hear from people with lived experience and from those working in refugee settlement services

- contribute to the action plan for future Techfugees Adelaide events

There is no cost to attend this event.

Light refreshments will be provided.
