The maritime world experiences a digital revolution and you get the opportunity to solve some of the most fascinating challenges in port operations.

theDOCK is hosting a first ever maritime-tech hackathon in Israel, sponsored by PSA unboXed (the venture arm of Port of Singapore) and Wartsila, a lead provider of maritime technologies. In this 24-hour hackathon, Israel's most creative minds will be addressing port operations challenges which include cargo loading/unloading, safety, IT/OT cybersecurity and port-vessel communication.


Format: a 24-hours hackathon

Where: Port of Haifa, Passenger Terminal

When: June 11 (17:00) till June 12 (16:00)

In this MEETUP on May 21st we will elaborate of the list of challenges to address and will engage in ideation process and teams formation. We will also share the hackahton guidelines and the winners prizes!

After this meetup the teams will have 3 weeks to start working on their ideas, culminating in the DOCKATHON 24-hours event with industry and technology mentors.
