The ScreenDy Hackathon will be an opportunity for you to launch your mobile application projects via ScreenDy platform and to meet the leaders of the mobile development industry, investors and government agencies in Morocco. The main aim of this event is to educate young entrepreneurs and students about the problems of both technology but also business development inherent in entrepreneurship.

This hackathon is inviting all developers and artists to be one of the first ones to get a hands-on experience with Holus and giving them the opportunity to create and test out one of the first holographic applications on Holus. Holus is a tabletop platform that converts any digital content from a computer, tablet or smartphone into a 3D, holographic experience. Game developers can create 3D holographic games, 3D modellers can visualize their creations, and families can bring back board game nights. Businesses can integrate Holus into their service or processes to enhance customer experiences and increase efficiency. The possibilities are endless!

This is a hackathon is hosted by Agora partnering with BitTigeron to build creative new applications for cutting-edge real time communication through mobile devices. Agora is developing the next generation of web RTC technology, and is already working with some of the biggest mobile application producers like Xiaomi. Very fast voice and video calls open up new possibilities for collaboration and communication. This is an open-ended challenge, you are free to come up with whatever you want. Examples of user cases could be collaborative e-learning, social applications, dating apps, customer service, telehealth, gaming, etc. Participants are allowed to begin work on the projects as soon as the official announcement and registration link opens Participants must incorporate either the iOS or Android SDK and a real-time-communication feature as a core part of the project. Otherwise it is an open challenge. The final coding workshop session, with support from BitTiger teachers, will be on Saturday and final demos will be presented. People are welcome to join even if they cannot attend the final in-person workshop on March 26th. There will be a live stream for remote participants to present their demos.

This is a hackathon which is originally a gathering for developers and project leaders with the goal of producing a prototype application with the idea of the first edition, solutions that would add value to the events through the use of connected objects. This is an all'Open technology Meetup on Google's cloud platform and cloud in general organized by GDG Women Techmakers Catania and Catania, with the support of Google and TIM #WCAP Catania. This an event for exploring the Google home cloud technology including live streaming, providing extended history of hosting serving internal speech dedicated to cloud technology in general and most importantly implementations in the current landscape: AWS (Amazon), GCP (Google) and Azure (Microsoft). In addition to the speech you will be challenged with various codelab projects proposed by Google and a hackathon to compete for amazing prizes! In short, an event not to be missed!

This is a national hackathon competition organized for the benefit of all the founders of startups, bootstrappers, engineers, students or mentors / investors interested in developing mobile applications. This is a hackathon on big data where you will be asked to build projects that remix big amounts of data. Either obtaining the data through APIs or by scraping. The tools that you will be using include the Python programming language and Google App Engine. Creating an application for a few users or millions of users is fundamentally the same in GAE. All participants will be placed in pairs. One member of the team can gather the data while the other can prepare the application itself or one member can prepare the web app while the other prepares the mobile app. Towards the end of the event, each team will present their project and each team votes for another team for best hackathon project. All projects completed at the hackathon will be fully production ready!

This is a hackathon for you to hack on mobile apps, WebRTC or on any project of your choice! You will be provided with space, power, Internet access, food, beverages, and mentors, so you can focus on writing code. Please bring a suitable laptop running Linux, Mac OSX, or Microsoft Windows and your coding skills. For this edition of Apps For Ghent you will focus on geodata and maps. There are two types of participants. One to be taking part in the "from scratch hackaton", where you will have to start with nothing and produce a tangible, working (web)application or visualisation by noon, and the other one to be taking part in the "showcase" where you will prepare ahead, continue to work during the hackathon and pitch your concept, prototype, idea to the jury. You may also attend the afternoon program as a visitor and see what the contestants have come up with.

Charlotte Hack wants to bring together innovative students to solve problems and find a fresh perspective to improve the current state of the technology. Anyone with any kind of skill is welcome to come and create ideas. A compiled a number of resources will be provided to you to help you during the weekend together with a number of tutorials on tools to get you started and a series of tech talks throughout the event!
