GlobalHack will host a hackathon to reshape the experiences of foreign-born individuals and communities. During the hackathon, participating teams of all levels will work collaboratively with industry experts to build tools, apps and platforms to improve experiences for foreign-born individuals in St. Louis and beyond. Technologists, students and creatives from around the world are invited to participate for a chance to win $100,000 in prizes!

Come as a team and you'll be challenged to solve a real-world problem through the use of modern technology. It doesn't have to be software -- any modern tech can be used -- circuitry, 3D modeling, photo editing, or whatever! Pitch your project to a panel of judges, for the opportunity to go on to the global TeenTech World Pitch competition.

La solution proposée est-elle adaptée aux personnes âgées? Les utilisateurs ont-ils été ciblés de façon précise:  de quels seniors et de quels aidants parle-t-on? Les dimensions “reconnaissance vocale” et techno sans contact sont-elles présentes et adaptées? La solution proposée préserve-t-elle la vie privée de la personne âgée? La solution proposée met-elle en confiance les intervenants pour en faciliter l’adhésion et l’utilisation? Les meilleurs projets seront récompensés !!!
