Remarkable’s mission is to develop tech and innovation that drives the inclusion of people with disability, and this year they're inviting you to take part in their Design-athon!
This Design-athon is a 4 week immersive online challenge that invites budding entrepreneurs to solve problems identified by our community using an inclusive design methodology. This online event runs from 7 to 29 October 2020* and all successful applicants have a chance to gain funding to invest back into their solution.

Young Aussies — ages 10-21 years! Are you passionate about the environment? Young Change Agents invite you to participate in the Perth edition of the Environmental Impact Challenge.
You'll be challenged to develop an awesome solution that helps create a better future! Select from the following four challenges that focus on encouraging people to produce and consume resources more responsibly:
Food waste and/or overconsumption
Greenhouse gas emissions from food production
Better use of water resources
Energy efficiency and renewable energy
Present your project for the chance to win one of three prizes for each category of 10-15 years and 16-21 years old.

EHFG 2020 Hackathon

We are excited to announce that the third annual EHFG Hackathon will take place digitally from 25 - 27 September 2020. Jointly organised with our partner EIT Health, this year’s event will challenge participants to create innovative and implementable digital solutions to support continuity of care during times of crisis.
The EHFG Hackathon aims to virtually bring together up to 100 experts from a variety of backgrounds for a 40-hour marathon of intense solution-oriented collaboration. Competing teams will receive guidance from high-level professionals across various fields who will act as mentors throughout the process. At the end of the 40-hour period teams will present their solutions in front of an expert jury panel and three finalist teams will be selected to go forward and present their pitches to the audience during the Closing Plenary of the EHFG 2020. Two prizes, a jury prize and an audience prize, amounting to €25.000 will be awarded to the hackathon winners.
